Master in Business Administration / PGDM or equivalent in Human Resource from premier institute.
Experience:
The candidates should have at least 20 years of relevant experience with 10 years at senior management level Human Resource & Administration functions in a large engineering concern / power utility / manufacturing concern, CPSE, PSU or similar reputed private sector organization in the power sector with at least 2 years in the capacity of Executive Director (Human Resource) / General Manager (Human Resource) or equivalent post.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 01/12/2020
Pay Scale: Rs.156500 – Rs.210800
Eligible candidates will be called for Interview.
